Dear Christine, Jean and I have been on Saturday and Sunday coffee rotas for some time now and would like to drop out of the Sunday rota, but we will continue on the Saturday rota.We will of course continue until the end of the present rota which finishes in December.In fact it is only Jean’s name that appears on the rota for Sundays but we do go together.Perhps you could make a diary note somewhere for when the next rota is prepared.
